With winter seeing the busiest time of year for many in catering, filling up our customers with Christmas meals, chocolate treats and more mulled wine and mince pies than Father Christmas can gorge on a night out! It seems many of us forget to plan for the other two months in the season and what we can offer our customers, from the detox in January to the Pancake Day and Valentines Day in February and the thought that spring will soon be around the corner!
