  • MERCHANT GOURMET® Olive oil, for frying
  • 2 onions , finely sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves , finely diced
  • 4 grilling chorizo sausages, sliced
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 ¾ Lt  chicken stock
  • 200g curly kale
  • 1 Red chilli, deseeded and diced


  1. Heat some oil in a large saucepan. Add the onions, garlic, chilli and chorizo and cook until soft.
  2. Add the potatoes and saute for a minute.
  3. Pour in the stock and bring to the boil. Cook until the potatoes start to break up into the soup.
  4. Add the kale and cook until tender. Ladle the soup into bowls, then serve drizzled of olive oil.
