Around this time of year, our focus turns towards festive food in preparation for the Christmas period, and the development kitchen at Leathams has been a hive of activity with Christmas recipe development and festive photo shoots, to the point that the food team here feel like Christmas has been celebrated many times over the past months!
A particular range of products that I have come across in the kitchen throughout this period is the new range of Canapés we’ve launched in the run up to Christmas. Products that have really caught my attention are Lamb & Chorizo Kebabs, Smoked Salmon Terrines and Tortilla Bites to name few; however, if like me you struggle to pick one, the Mini Pie Selection is perfect for sampling the various ingredients within the range from Chicken & Tarragon to Beef & Ale. Most importantly you can eat quite a few before you feel greedy!
