  • 4 Charcuti® Chorizo grilling sausages, skin removed and cut into “coins”
  • 100m Red wine
  • 2g Fennel seeds


  1. Place a pan on the stove over a high heat
  2. When the pan starts to smoke a little, add the Charcuti® grilling chorizo and leave to char a little on one side (about 1-2 minutes) before turning them and do the same on the other side
  3. After about 1-2 minutes add the wine and fennel seed and reducing until the wine coats the chorizo in a sticky red wine glaze
  4. Serve immediately with crusty bread and a glass of Tempranillo
