  • 2 frozen dough balls
  • 4 slices of Charcuti® prosciutto
  • 1 small bunch of rocket
  • 40g of shaved parmesan
  • 75g of soft cheese or stracchino
  • Merchant Gourmet extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt


  1. Flatten the two dough balls until very thin.
  2. Spread the stracchino evenly over 1 dough ball and then place the second dough flattened dough ball on top
  3. Fold the edges to create a crust and slice in the middle to release the steam while cooking
  4. Drizzle with oil and salt and bake in  a hot oven at 250ºC on a hot baking stone or tray for 6 minutes.  Once cooked place the prosciutto and rocket over the top and sprinkle over the parmesan
