- 1 apple grated
- 100g of Merchant Gourmet cooked red and white quinoa
- 100g of rhubarb yoghurt
- Heaped teaspoon of blueberry/raspberry jam
- Tablespoon of flaked almonds toasted
- In a bowl mix together the apple, yoghurt and Merchant Gourmet red and white quinoa.
- Place in a serving bowl/glass of choice.
- Spoon on the jam and sprinkle with the flaked toasted almonds.
