quinoa brekki


  • 1 apple grated
  • 100g of Merchant Gourmet cooked red and white quinoa
  • 100g of rhubarb yoghurt
  • Heaped teaspoon of blueberry/raspberry jam
  • Tablespoon of flaked almonds toasted


  1. In a bowl mix together the apple, yoghurt and Merchant Gourmet red and white quinoa.
  2. Place in a serving bowl/glass of choice.
  3. Spoon on the jam and sprinkle with the flaked toasted almonds.
