Pork and Roquito Pepper Sausage Rolls


  • 1 Frozen Puff Pastry
  • 10g Roquito® Peppers
  • 100g Minced Pork
  • 10g Grated Parmesan
  • 5g Coriander leaves
  • 10ml Egg wash


  1. Defrost the puff pastry and roll out to desired size
  2. Mix together the minced pork, Roquito® peppers, coriander,
  3. parmesan and spread along one side of the pastry
  4. Brush the pastry with the egg wash and cook in hot oven
  5. Serve as a snack or with a side salad as a starter
