The crunchy, sweet CherryBell® peppers, are delicious with creamy goats cheese, these make delicious and impressive starters!

1 jar of Merchant Goutmet CherryBell® peppers
2 x 100g round of French chevre blanc goats cheese
1 bag of salad leaves (around 110g)
3 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic syrup (alternatively use balsamic vinegar)
Salt and freshly milled black pepper
- Place goats cheese rounds on greaseproof paper on a baking sheet, and grill at a moderate heat for about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place salad leaves and CherryBell® peppers into a bowl, and mix with the olive oil, balsamic syrup, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Divide the salad between 2 plates. When the goats cheese it slightly gooey, remove from the grill and place each round on top of the salad plates.
- Serve with a little extra drizzled Merchant Gourmet vinegar glaze.
