Ingredients:

  • 1 plain tortilla
  • 3 slices of halloumi
  • 50g pitted olives
  • 50g small Handful of SunBlush® tomatoes
  • 20g Roquito®
  • 1 heaped Tablespoon of SunBlush® Pepper Tomatade®
  • Rocket to garnish

 Method:

  1. Place the tortilla in a large pan so the edges flute upward, then smear the Tomatade® over the base and toast off under the grill.
  2. When the “Tostada” is crisp around the edges remove from the pan and add 3 slices of grilled Halloumi, add the SunBlush® and the Roquito® pepeprs 6 olives cut in half and a sprinkle of rocket.
  3. Serve as shown.
