Cooking time: 20 minutes
- 1 plain tortilla
- 3 slices of halloumi
- 50g pitted olives
- 50g small Handful of SunBlush® tomatoes
- 20g Roquito®
- 1 heaped Tablespoon of SunBlush® Pepper Tomatade®
- Rocket to garnish
- Place the tortilla in a large pan so the edges flute upward, then smear the Tomatade® over the base and toast off under the grill.
- When the “Tostada” is crisp around the edges remove from the pan and add 3 slices of grilled Halloumi, add the SunBlush® and the Roquito® pepeprs 6 olives cut in half and a sprinkle of rocket.
- Serve as shown.
