Grilled chorizo with orange, pomegranate spelt and Roquito® chilli pepper pearls 20 AServes: 10-12

Ingredients:

  • 4 Charcuti® grilling sausages de-skinned and cut into coins
  • 2 pouches of Merchant Gourmet spelt
  • 2 oranges segmented
  • 2 pomegranates seeds removed
  • 200g charred red and yellow peppers
  • 8 spring onions cut into 3rds
  • 100g fresh spinach
  • 100g Roquito Chilli Pepper Pearls®
  • 2g fennel seeds
  • 2 tbsp Merchant Gourmet extra virgin olive oil

Method:

  1. Pan fry the chorizo with some olive oil in a hot pan for 3 minutes
  2. Place all of the ingredients apart from the spinach into the large pan and warm over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes
  3. Combine the warmed ingredients in a large bowl, add the spinach and serve.
