  • Okra
  • 200g purple
  • 100g toasted pine nuts
  • 50 toasted almonds
  • 400g asparagus blanched
  • 200g sprouting broccoli
  • 600g mixed grains
  • 150g okra cut into 3rds
  • 50g spinach
  • 1 tablespoon peppercorns
  • Small bunch of parsley picked


  1. Pan fry the chorizo with some olive oil
  2. Place all of the ingredients apart from the spinach into a large pan and warm over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes
  3. Combine the warmed ingredients in a large bowl, add the spinach and serve.
