Rare Roast Beef and Fire Roasted Red Pepper Baguette

Cooking time 10 minutes

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Slice the baguette open
  2. Spread the horseradish sauce over the open surface of the bread
  3. Place the red onions on the bread
  4. Drain sous vide rare roast beef and place slices on top of red onions
  5. Add the lettuce leaf then place the fire roasted red peppers over the top
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, close the baguette and serve
