Smoked salmon omlette

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

4 x Omelettes

80g x CB Smoked salmon

20g x Chives chopped finely

30g x Chorizo crumb

METHOD

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C
  2. Put the chorizo crumb on a baking sheet and put through the oven for 8 minutes
  3. Line another baking tray with baking parchment, place omelettes on the tray. Heat for 8 minutes. Then take out and add the smoked salmon.
  4. Plate the omelette and top with chopped chives and chorizo crumb,
