- 50g Straccetti tomatoes
- 40 ml Pizza sauce
- 40 g 2g Mozzarella pearls
- 5 slices of Salsiccia piccante
- 30g Roquito® pearls
- 25g Rocket
- 1 x 210 g Dough ball
- Defrost the dough ball in the fridge overnight.
- Pre-heat the oven to 220°C
- Stretch the pizza dough so that it is approximately 10 inches.
- Spread the pizza sauce on the base, then distribute the mozzarella, salsiccia picante and Roquito® pearls.
- Put in the oven for 8-10 minutes, remove and scatter rocket over.
