roquito-pizza

Ingredients

  • 50g Straccetti tomatoes
  • 40 ml Pizza sauce
  • 40 g 2g Mozzarella pearls
  • 5 slices of Salsiccia piccante
  • 30g Roquito® pearls
  • 25g Rocket
  • 1 x 210 g Dough ball

Method

  1. Defrost the dough ball in the fridge overnight.
  2. Pre-heat the oven to 220°C
  3. Stretch the pizza dough so that it is approximately 10 inches.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce on the base, then distribute the mozzarella, salsiccia picante and Roquito® pearls.
  5. Put in the oven for 8-10 minutes, remove and scatter rocket over.
